Tip: To send scheduled SMS (and push notifications), use the Enter contacts at a specific date and time entry trigger.
You can use the Send SMS feature with any of the other functionality available in the automation campaign builder, including split tests, triggers, adding contacts to static lists, etc.
Here are the steps you'll need to take to get started with SMS:
- Contact your Customer Success Representative to discuss your requirements including the Sender ID you'll require.
- Start collecting phone numbers and marketing preferences for your contacts.
- Create your SMS templates
- Set up an SMS automation campaign
