Mention Me event data: Propensity to Refer – Ometria Help Centre

When a customer's propensity to refer is calculated (or re-calculated) in Mention Me, Ometria receives an Propensity to refer (Mention Me) event (mm:propensity_to_refer), as well as custom fields associated with that event and contact.

Note: This event is only sent if you are running a Mention Me Smart Experiment.

These are the fields associated with the Propensity to refer (Mention Me) event:

Locale (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:locale' ] }}	The locale of the website where the contact registered. E.g. en_GB
Campaign short name (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:campaign_short_name' ] }} Note: We don't recommend using this merge tag in your customer facing emails.	The short name of the campaign this referee enrolled in. E.g. Referral Landing Page
Offer short name (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:offer_short_name' ] }} Note: We don't recommend using this merge tag in your customer facing emails.	The Mention Me offer name. E.g. Variation 1 You can use this in the customer filter to target specific contacts who received this offer.
Propensity to refer (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:propensity_to_refer'] }}	The propensity segment Mention Me has calculated. E.g. High
Experiment name (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:experiment_name' ] }} Note: We don't recommend using this merge tag in your customer facing emails.	The name of the experiment this contact is part of. E.g. New Imagery March 2024 You can use this in the customer filter to target specific contacts from this experiment.
Offer CTA copy (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:offer_cta_copy' ] }}	A customer friendly offer CTA. E.g. Get £10 off This is the same copy displayed on the referrer offer page.
Offer ID (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:offer_id' ] }}	The unique ID of the Mention Me offer this contact has a propensity for. E.g. 115912
Offer subject copy (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:offer_subject_copy' ] }}	The customer friendly offer description. E.g. Treat a friend to 15% off and get £10 to spend on yourself! This is the same copy displayed on the referral registration page.
Offer summary (Mention Me)	{{ event[ 'mm:offer_summary' ] }} Note: We don't recommend using this merge tag in your customer facing emails.	A short description of the offer the referee enrolled in. E.g. Referrer gets £10 off. Referee gets 15% off.
