From the Campaign performance dashboard you can track the impact of your automation campaigns.
If you select an individual automation campaign from the list at the bottom of this screen you can view analytics per campaign.
Navigation
Go to: Campaigns > Campaign performance > select the Automation campaigns tab.
You can set your date ranges for reporting at the top of this screen.
Select any of the pre-configured date ranges from the date picker drop-down, or choose Custom Range to bring up the calendar tool and set your own range:

The second date range is for comparison statistics (the grey line in the graph).
You can compare your statistics to:
- The previous 28 days
- The same period of time as last year
- A custom range.
The values on this screen are based on sends that happened during the selected date range, disregarding when the related events (e.g. orders and unsubscribes) happened — Ometria takes the sends within in the given timeframe and pulls in the related data.
The data in each of the panels on this screen can be exported to a CSV file by selecting Export.
You can also choose to look at metrics for individual campaigns or groups of campaigns by selecting from the Campaigns drop-down:
Automation campaigns overview
Select the Time unit you wish to analyse from the dropdown list.
The horizontal (x) axis on the Automation campaigns overview graph automatically updates. This axis shows time of send.
The graph can be as granular as you like; its stats can be grouped by:
- Hour
- Day
- Week
- Month
Next, choose your performance metrics (KPIs) from the Columns Selected drop-down:
KPI |
Description |
Campaign entries |
The number of contacts that meet all of the conditions for entering the campaign. This is unrelated to what happens inside the campaign. These conditions could include any of the following:
Note: Be aware that opted-out contacts and contacts with an unknown marketing status (i.e., no opt-in information) will never be included in actual email sends, even if they entered the campaign. This means that there might be a difference between your Campaign entries and your Emails sent.

You should expect to see differences between the revenue data shown in the Email Performance dashboard and the data in Campaign Performance > Automation campaigns.
This is because the automation campaigns performance report selects campaigns sent within the selected date range, meaning that revenue earned in the same time period from campaigns sent before the date range will not be included.
SMS

The number of SMSs sent. |
Test SMSs sent |
The number of test SMSs sent. |
Once you've selected your KPIs, you can click through them to see each graph showing how each metric has changed over your chosen timeframe.
You can quickly compare statistics before and after your selected time by mousing over the figures:

The current value displays in coral on the line graph, and represents the coral coloured date range at the top of the screen.
The previous value is the grey line representing the comparison date, e.g. the same week last month/year.
