From the Campaign performance dashboard you can track the impact of your automation campaigns.
If you select an individual automation campaign from the list at the bottom of this screen you can view analytics per campaign.
Navigation
Go to: Campaigns > Campaign performance > select the Automation campaigns tab.
You can set your date ranges for reporting at the top of this screen.
Select any of the pre-configured date ranges from the drop-down, or choose Custom Range to bring up the calendar tool and set your own range:
The second date range is for comparison statistics (the grey line in the graph):
You can compare your statistics to:
- The previous 28 days
- The same period of time as last year
- A custom range.
The data in each of the panels on this screen can be exported to a CSV file by selecting Export.
Automation campaigns overview
Select the Time unit you wish to analyse from the dropdown list.
The horizontal axis on the Automation campaigns overview graph automatically updates.
The graph can be as granular as you like; its stats can be grouped by:
- Hour
- Day
- Week
- Month
Next, choose your performance metrics (KPIs) from the Columns Selected drop-down:

The number of contacts that meet all of the conditions for entering the campaign. These conditions could include any of the following:
This is unrelated to what happens inside the campaign. |
Emails sent |
The total number of emails sent. |
Emails delivered |
The total number of emails delivered - minus all bounce types and contacts on suppression lists. |
Emails opened |
The total number of emails opened. |
Emails clicked |
The total number of emails clicked. |
Emails bounced |
The total number of automation campaign emails that bounced. Note: This number includes all kinds of bounces (e.g. blocked bounces), not just hard and soft. See Bounce management in Ometria for more information. |
Spam complaints |
The total number of emails identified as ‘spam’ by recipients. |
Emails unsubscribed |
The total number of unsubscribes from email. |
Total email orders |
The total number of orders attributed to automation campaign emails. |
Total email revenue |
The total value of the revenue from valid orders placed that are attributed to automation campaigns. |
Email delivery rate |
The percentage of sent emails which were delivered (minus all bounce types and contacts on suppression lists.) |
Email open rate |
The percentage of delivered emails that have been opened at least once. |
Email click to open rate |
The percentage of opened emails that have been clicked at least once. |
Email order to open rate |
The percentage of opened emails that led to an order being placed. |
Email order to click rate |
The percentage of emails clicked that led to an order being placed. |
Email bounce rate |
The percentage of emails that bounced. Note: This number includes all kinds of bounces (e.g. blocked bounces), not just hard and soft. See Bounce management in Ometria for more information. |
Email unsubscribe rate |
The percentage of emails that led to recipients unsubscribing. |
Spam complaint rate |
The percentage of emails identified as ‘spam’ by recipients. |
Email conversion rate |
The percentage of automation campaign emails that led to an order being placed. |

The average revenue per email. |

Total number of emails sent while in testing mode. |

Once you've selected your KPIs, you can click through them to see each graph showing how each metric has changed over your chosen timeframe.
You can quickly compare statistics before and after your selected time by mousing over the figures:
The current value displays in coral on the line graph, and represents the coral coloured date range at the top of the screen.
The previous value is the grey line representing the comparison date, e.g. the same week last month/year.
Automation campaigns list
The Automation campaigns table in the lower half of the screen lists all of your individual automation campaigns:
Use the Columns selected drop-down to display as many or as few columns as you like (see above for a list of available KPIs).

Sort the table by whichever column you prefer by clicking the column header.
As always, select Export to export your table to an XLSX or CSV file.
Select any campaign from this list to monitor individual campaign performance.
