🔍 Deep Insights Agent: custom data, expanded behavioural data and Copilot
Since launching Deep Insights Agent last month, we've expanded what it can answer, given you more control over its inputs, and brought it into more of your workflow.
The agent now reasons over your custom fields and events, so it can answer questions specific to how your business runs, not just the standard schema. It also draws on anonymous visitor and abandoned basket activity for a fuller picture of customer behaviour. And you can now use Deep Insights Agent in Copilot as well as Claude, wherever your team already works.

🤝 Identity Agent: custom identifiers and automatic merging
Match and unify customers using the identifiers that matter to your business. Alongside email, phone number and app ID, you can now add your own, such as a loyalty or membership ID, and control how they recognise and merge profiles across your data.
Custom identifiers are defined and configured in the admin UI, with options for uniqueness, multiple values and priority. When automatic merging is enabled, Ometria consolidates profiles that share identifiers as new data arrives, only where those identifiers don't conflict, and with no retroactive change to your existing contacts.

🔎 Segment Explorer: date range comparison and background processing
Two updates to Segment Explorer: measure how segments perform over time, and run multiple analyses at once.
Apply a date range to segment KPIs, and compare two periods side by side to spot trends. Analyses that take longer than 10 seconds now move to the background, so you can keep working and queue several at once. A new notification centre tracks each job and links you to the results when they're ready.

📊 Notification overlays with analytics
A new overlay type with calls to action that send visitors to your pages, whether that's a sale, a new collection or a landing page, rather than capturing their details. You can then measure exactly how it performs.
Send people straight to the pages you choose with up to three call-to-action buttons, instead of asking for an email or phone number. Then see impressions, clicks and click-through rate broken down by CTA, device and version, so you can see what's working and iterate.

🗄️ Enhanced exports
This release expands what you can export from Ometria, where you can send it, and how rich the data is when it lands.
Send data straight into Snowflake natively, with no custom pipelines or manual exports. Export SMS engagement data to your warehouse alongside email, contact and website data, so you can analyse engagement across channels. Export subscription-change records across every channel, configured yourself in the UI without API scripting or support tickets. New fields are also available, including human opens, engagement and value bands, and predictive metrics, plus Parquet format support for faster, lighter warehouse loads.

🛍️ Shopify email subscription sync
An upgrade to the Shopify integration: opt-in and opt-out email events generated in Ometria now sync back to Shopify, through a simpler connection you can set up yourself.
Subscription changes made in Ometria flow to Shopify, adding opt-in support alongside the existing opt-out sync. A redesigned self-setup UI and a single connection now manage multiple importers.
