From the Campaign performance dashboard you can monitor your deliverability performance and identify any domain issues.
See Monitoring your deliverability performance for guidance on what to look for.
Go to: Campaigns > Campaign performance > select the Deliverability report tab.
You can set your date ranges for reporting at the top of this screen.
Select any of the pre-configured date ranges from the date picker drop-down, or choose Custom Range to bring up the calendar tool and set your own range:
You can also export the data on this screen to a CSV file by clicking Export.
Domain deliverability over time
In this graph each line represents a domain, and you can click through each KPI to see how it has performed over your selected time period:
|Sent||The number of emails sent to each domain.|
|Delivery rate||The total number of emails confirmed received by the mailbox provider.|
|Open rate||The percentage of sent emails which were opened at least once by the recipient.|
|Click rate||The percentage of sent emails which were clicked at least once by the recipient.|
|Bounce rate||The percentage of emails that bounced.|
You can also use the drop-down at the top of the screen to filter:
- All campaigns
- Automation campaigns
- Broadcast campaigns
- Transactional campaigns
And you can choose which domains to display using the Select domain groups drop-down:

This table shows how each domain has performed over your specified period, with the same KPIs as above:
Select a domain from the table to drill down into all variations for that domain (e.g. Microsoft = hotmail.com, hotmail.co.uk, outlook, live.com etc.)
