Products
This includes product descriptions, prices, SKUs and other attributes.

Customer profiles
This includes data in the single customer view, such as addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, time zone, marketing preferences (i.e. whether they are opted in/out) and lifecycle stage.

Customer activity
Including website visits, browsed products, products added to a basket, abandoned baskets, orders placed (including details of the products ordered, linked to the customer’s identity), subscribing and unsubscribing.
Customer interactions with marketing channels
I.e. Email, SMS, push, social media.
This includes information about which messages were sent to which customer, whether the messages were successfully delivered, whether the customer opened certain messages, whether the customer followed a link from a message and whether that resulted in an order.
We also store customer marketing data inferred from other data, such as customer segmentation details, lifecycle stage, frequency band and the attribution of orders to campaigns.
Reporting data
This includes information such as the total revenue for specific products or revenue attributed to specific campaigns.
