The Automation campaigns table in the lower half of the automation campaigns performance screen lists all of your individual automation campaigns:
Use the Columns selected drop-down to display as many or as few columns as you like:
Email metrics
Column | Description |
Tracking parameter |
The campaign identifier used for tracking visits and email activity. See also: Tracking parameters in Ometria |
Campaign start date | The date that this campaign was last set to active (includes testing mode). |
Campaign status | The status of this campaign, e.g. Active, Testing, Inactive, etc. |
Campaign entries | The number of contacts that meet all of the conditions for entering the campaign. |
Emails sent | The total number of emails sent per campaign. |
Emails delivered | The total number of emails delivered excluding bounces and contacts on suppression lists. |
Emails opened |
The total number of emails that were opened, including those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Emails opened (human) |
The total number of emails that were opened, excludes those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Emails clicked | The total number of emails that were clicked. |
Emails bounced | The total number of emails that bounced. |
Spam complaints | The number of emails identified as spam by recipients. |
Emails unsubscribed | The total number of unsubscribes via email from this campaign. |
Email orders | The number of valid orders attributed to emails from this campaign. |
Email revenue | The total value of the revenue from valid orders that were attributed to emails from this campaign. |
Email delivery rate | The percentage of sent emails that were delivered to inboxes. |
Email open rate | The percentage of delivered emails that were opened at least once,
including those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Email open rate (human) | The percentage of delivered emails that were opened at least once,
excluding those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Email click through rate | The percentage of delivered emails that were clicked at least once,
including those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Email click through rate (human) | The percentage of delivered emails that were clicked at least once,
exclude those pre-opened by the recipient's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Email click to open rate | The percentage of opened emails that were clicked at least once. |
Email order to open rate (human) |
The percentage of opened emails that resulted in a valid order. See also: Order attribution in Ometria |
Email order to click rate |
The percentage of clicked emails that resulted in a valid order. See also: Order attribution in Ometria |
Email bounce rate | The percentage of emails that bounced. |
Email unsubscribe rate | The percentage of emails in this campaign that led to contacts unsubscribing. |
Spam complaint rate | The percentage of emails marked as spam by recipients. |
Email conversion rate | The percentage of emails in this campaign with orders attributed to them. |
Revenue per email | The average revenue per email. |
Test emails sent | The number of emails sent while the campaign was in testing mode. |
Total sends | The total number of messages sent across all channels in this campaign. |
Total clicks | The total number of sent messages across all channels in this campaign that were clicked or tapped at least once. |
Total orders | The number of orders attributed to this campaign. |
Total revenue | The total value of the revenue from valid orders attributed to this campaign. |
Total test sends | The total number of messages across all channels sent while this campaign was in testing mode. |
Coupons assigned |
The total number of coupon codes assigned to contacts in this campaign.
Note: This includes coupons that were sent as reminders, i.e. already assigned before the campaign was sent. This is to avoid underrepresenting the coupon redemption rate for each campaign.

Coupons redeemed |
The total number of coupon codes redeemed by contacts in this campaign.

Redemption rate |
The percentage of contacts who redeemed a coupon code from this campaign. This is calculated by dividing the number of coupons redeemed by the total number of coupons assigned and multiplying that by 100.

Total coupon revenue |
The total revenue attributed to coupon codes used in this campaign. This is based on orders attributed to the campaign. See also: Order attribution in Ometria E.g. If you use the WELCOME10 coupon pool as a reminder in your "Easter sale" campaign, you'll see the revenue associated with that pool for the "Easter sale" campaign, not the total revenue for that pool across all campaigns.

SMS bounced | The number of SMS bounces. |
SMS bounce rate | The percentage of sent SMS that bounced. |
SMS unsubscribes | The number of contacts who unsubscribed from SMS after receiving a campaign. |

Organising your columns
Sort the table by whichever column you prefer by clicking the column header.
Select any campaign from this list to monitor individual campaign performance.
Use the Hide campaigns with no activity checkbox to exclude automation campaigns without any KPI data:
Exporting your campaigns list
Select Export to download the data in your automation campaigns list as a CSV or XLSX file.
Name your export and select the options that best suit your needs.
You can break down your data by any of the following:
- Time unit (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
- Campaign node level (segment node, split test node, send node)
- Campaign version (either grouped or separate rows)
Finally, choose your format (CSV or XLSX) and click Export.
