The custom field dashboard provides an overview of the custom fields created in your account and your remaining allowance:
From the dashboard you can also:
- Create new field
- Search by... custom field title
- Filter by field category (contact or order)
- Filter by field types (Integer, Decimal, String, Date)
- Toggle on Show archived fields
- Sort by:
- Date created
- Field category
- Field ID
- Status
Visibility
To see where your custom field is visible in Ometria and 'hide' it from a specific screen, select the ellipsis (...) and then either Edit or View usage, then click the Visibility tab.
You can check to display or uncheck to hide that custom field from your chosen screens:
- Single customer view - see this field in a customer's contact details page.
- Segmentation - use this field to segment contacts in the customer filter.
- Campaigns - use this field to segment your campaigns, update contact data and send merge tags in text messages. In broadcast campaigns this applies to your segments, starting contacts and excluded segments.
- Reports - make this field available as a column heading in your saved reports.
View usage
Select the ellipsis icon to view your custom field usage:
You can click through to the template or campaign your custom field is being used for.
