To use your custom field as a merge tag, add profile.properties. before your field ID, e.g. profile.properties.your_field_id
Note on decimals: Custom fields show decimals based on the data passed to Ometria, which means that (depending on how they are passed) your values might only display one decimal place, so £2.50 becomes £2.5. See Using custom fields with decimals in merge tags for guidance on correcting this.
