Warning: Please be aware that any test SMS/MMS you send will be charged at the same rate as any ordinary SMS/MMS.
There are two ways to test your text message templates:

Impersonate a customer
Find out how your message will look to specific contacts in your database.
Just type an email address or customer ID into the text field and hit search to see a preview:
Any merge tags you've included in your text message template render with real contact data (as long as that data exists).
Send test
You can send a test text message to anyone in your organisation with an Ometria account.
Be aware that test text messages generate the standard SMS/MMS charge.
Note: Go to Users and permissions to add or update phone numbers. Make sure that the Sender ID you're using is allowed to send to the regions your user's phone numbers are registered to.
Select Send test:
Choose from the list of your colleagues and select a sender ID to use, then select Send test.
Reporting on test SMS
You can monitor your test SMS sends in the Campaign KPIs graph in Campaign performance.
