At Ometria we hold data on your contacts for use in your marketing and analytics.
When a customer of yours makes a subject access request (as defined by the ICO), Ometria will provide you with the data we hold on that customer.
The data supplied by Ometria will be:
- in JSON file format.
- sent to you via email from our data protection officer (DPO) with a password protected zip file attached.
Make a subject access request
To make a subject access request, raise a request to Ometria Support.
In the body of the request, provide the following information about the customer making the request:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
