You can check how your overlays are performing in the Analytics tab:
You can see how many site visitors saw your overlay (Impressions). The metrics shown depend on your overlay type. Acquisition overlays report on contacts acquired; notification overlays report on CTA engagement.
Review your analytics By device, By version, and select a date range.
You can also sort by various metrics using the dropdown, and choose to exclude/include versions from your analytics.

Acquisition rate
Your acquisition rate is the percentage of subscribers you've acquired against the total number of times your overlay has displayed on your website.
Formula: Number of subscribers ÷ Number of impressions x 100
Notification overlay metrics
Notification overlays report on CTA engagement rather than contact acquisition:
- Total clicks: the number of times any CTA button was clicked
- CTR (click-through rate): the percentage of impressions that resulted in a CTA click

Segmenting on overlay interaction
You can create a segment based on your leads' interaction with specific overlays in the customer filter:
