You can check how your overlays are performing in the Analytics tab:
You can see how many site visitors saw your overlay (Impressions) and how many email addresses and/or phone numbers you've acquired.
Review your analytics By device, By version, and select a date range.
You can also sort by various metrics using the dropdown, and choose to exclude/include versions from your analytics.

You can also export your overlay analytics:
Acquisition rate
Your acquisition rate is the percentage of subscribers you've acquired against the total number of times your overlay has displayed on your website.
Formula: Number of subscribers ÷ Number of impressions x 100
Analytics per version
You can also check the Analytics tab in each of your overlay versions:
Segmenting on overlay interaction
You can create a segment based on your leads' interaction with specific overlays in the customer filter:
Why are my overlays analytics numbers different from my overlay segments?
The filter customer interacted with overlay only counts contacts weren't opted-in before they interacted with your overlay.
The overlay Analytics dashboards count everyone who interacted with your overlay, regardless of opt-in status or lifecycle stage.
This means you might get a higher acquisition rate in your analytics dashboard than using the customer filter to create a segment.
