The Products tab in the Single customer view shows a list of all of the products this contact has interacted with:

Select the interaction type from the dropdown list:

• Viewed - the contact has browsed the product listing on your site
• Viewed but not Purchased
• Added to Basket
• Purchased
• Refunded
