Ometria's profile optimisation agent uses your transaction data to learn about your customers' behaviour and predict whether or not they are likely to place another order, when they are likely to order, and how much they are likely to spend.
It does this by comparing the contact's behaviour with normal behaviour across your whole account. If your account is set up by brand and region, the comparison happens inside each brand and region instead.
You can use this data to optimise your revenue by targeting and personalising content for strategically valuable customer cohorts, e.g. one time buyers likely to buy again.

Current performance
In the current performance panel you can see the current Customer spend (based on their average order value vs. your average AOV), and their current order frequency.
You can create segments based on both of these metrics in the customer filter.
Predicted 12 month performance
In the Predicted 12 month performance panel you can see the contact's predicted Customer spend (based on their average order value vs. your average AOV).
You can also see their Order likelihood and predicted AOV for 12 months time.
You can create segments based on these metrics in the customer filter.

If your account is set up by brand and region
Some accounts treat each brand and region separately. Note: if you're not sure whether yours does, ask your CSM.
In these accounts, the Current performance and Predicted 12 month performance panels repeat for every brand and region the contact has ordered in. A heading above each pair names the brand and region it covers.
The figures in each pair cover that brand and region only, so a contact can be above average with one of your brands and below average with another.
Where a contact doesn't have enough orders with a brand and region, you see "Not enough data" instead of the bands.
