The Consent tab in the Single customer view shows an audit log of the contact's SMS and email opt-in changes.
Note: Email data on this screen starts from February 2025. SMS data starts from August 2024. You won't see subscription events from before these dates.

Whether the contact is single or double opted-in for SMS.
Note: In some cases the double opt-in message has been sent, but the contact hasn't clicked the link yet, so their subscribe type is still 'Single'.

How this contact subscribed, e.g. via the preference centre, or in the case of an SMS double opt-in, via SMS. 'App' means that an Ometria user manually updated the contact's subscription status by editing the profile data in the single customer view. |
Source detail | Further information about the consent source, e.g. unsubscribe reasons (if given) from your preference centre, or the API request ID. |
Date/time | The date and time this change in subscription occurred. |
