📢 Overlays: sequence messages across journeys
Sequence your overlays across a visitor's session, instead of firing one on the first page load. Set a page visit threshold for each overlay to control exactly when it appears, so your messaging builds as visitors browse.
- Page visit targeting: Trigger an overlay on a specific page view, such as the second or third page in a session, alongside your existing entry timing and exit-intent rules.
- Overlays that work together: Welcome visitors on arrival and catch them again on exit intent later in the same session. Each overlay tracks its own display history, so dismissing one never affects another, and acquisition overlays take priority when two compete on the same page.
📊 Deep Insights Agent: further improvements
More of your customer and campaign data is now in reach. This release expands what Deep Insights Agent can see across messaging, SMS, coupons, consent and lifecycle, so you can ask sharper questions and get fuller answers.
- Transactional messages and customer-level SMS: Transactional sends now sit alongside your broadcast and automation data, and SMS is available per customer, so you can analyse lifecycle and opt-outs at the individual level, not just in aggregate.
- Coupon and consent visibility: Ask which coupon pools run across your automations in a single question, and see when and where contacts opted in or out, by channel.
- Lifecycle-aware reporting: For broadcast campaigns, break performance down by the lifecycle stage each contact was in at the time of send, for a clearer read on what drives response.
