The customer lifecycle prediction panel in the contact details overview presents a quick visual of this contact’s interactions with your brand so far.
You can see the date they were first seen (i.e. first identified by Ometria), the date of their first purchase and their most recent purchase (Last purchase).
Predicted next purchase is a smart field which uses your data to calculate the average order gap for your customer and uses that information to predict when their next order will be.
You can also segment on this date with the customer filter.

Note: The customer must have placed at least four orders to calculate their order gap. If your customer has placed fewer than four orders Ometria applies the average order gap for your account.
