Email addresses that soft bounce three times in a row in two months are automatically added to your suppression list.
If you want to exclude newly subscribed contacts who have soft bounced from your campaigns earlier than this, you can set up this filter:
Go to: Customer > Segment explorer > Filter Customers and add the following condition:
- Customer Attributes: Accepts marketing - which is - opted in
AND
- Customer Attributes: Date subscribed to email - after (relative) 7 days ago
AND
- Email Activity: Date of last bounced email - after (relative) 7 days ago
