Fixed coupon codes

Fixed coupon pools allow you to use one code for all contacts in multiple campaigns and track that code's performance over time.

To set up a Fixed coupon pool, go to: Campaigns > Coupon pools and select Create a new coupon pool > Fixed coupon code

navigate

Give your fixed coupon pool a name and enter the code you'd like to use:

Select Create.

You can now start using this code in your automation campaigns.

Add the coupon code merge tag to templates

Use the coupon code merge tag in your email, SMS or push notifications to include the contact's coupon:

{{ message.coupon.code }}
