CSV coupon pools are not automatically generated. The coupons in a CSV pool are uploaded via a CSV file.
It's very important to monitor the remaining coupons, as CSV coupon pools are finite (they can run out).
You'll get a Coupon pool alert via email when your pool is running low and needs to be replenished.
You can upload coupons via CSV file to the same pool as many times as you like.

Formatting your CSV file
The file should have only one column called “coupon_code” and have a max size of 100MB.
Coupon codes should be no longer than 64 characters.
You can upload coupons via CSV file to the same pool as many times as you like.
Setting up your coupon pool
Go to: Campaigns > Coupon pools and select Create a new coupon pool > CSV codes
Next, complete the fields under Settings:
Give your fixed coupon pool a name and then upload your CSV file.
Fallback
Once you've named and uploaded your coupon pool, decide what you'd like to do in case the pool runs out while a campaign is still sending.
Stop sending emails
Ometria won't send any more emails to contacts in the campaign after the last coupon code has been sent.
Use a fallback fixed code
Choose to enter a new fixed code, or create a new one.
Ometria will continue sending emails using this code - but it won't be unique for each contact.
