Shopify stores are not linked to contacts, which means that a contact can potentially receive two coupons from two separate stores.
To make sure the right contacts get the right coupons, we recommend that you build segments into your campaigns based on each of your Shopify stores based on the data which identifies a contact as part of that store, e.g. their country, their latest store visit, etc.

Create a coupon pool for each of your Shopify stores.
We recommend giving the pool a name which references the store name, e.g. Coupon pool US.
Select the relevant store from the Shopify store field:
Create your segments
Build a segment to correspond with each of your store specific coupon pools using the Shopify store.
There are different ways to do this, depending on on how you define a store in Shopify:
- Using the Country filter option
- Using the Customer ID - which starts with filter option, as the customer ID contains the store prefix, e.g. US: or UK:
You could also use last visited store, or last ordered.
For all options, see: Customer filter
