You can use the Send as transactional checkbox in the SMS builder to send transactional SMS, e.g. "Order received" or "Refund complete".
Note: You'll need a new sender ID per market for sending transactional SMS. Your Customer Success Representative will guide you through the process.
Important: This checkbox will send the SMS to all contacts who pass through the SMS send node regardless of quiet hours, frequency caps or opt-in status. Marketing consent is strictly regulated in many countries, and you must never use this checkbox to send marketing communications.
