🙋🏽Filter contacts subscribed to any of your channels
We've added a new condition to the customer filter which allows you to create a segment for contacts who are subscribed to any of your marketing channels.
So if a contact is subscribed to SMS and push but not email, they're included in this filter, as well as contacts only subscribed to email.
You can also use this filter to exclude contacts subscribed to any channel.
Open the customer filter and + ADD CONDITION.
Search "any" or go to: Customer Attributes > Accepts marketing on any channel:
🔍 Compare segments in the segment explorer
Compare the data you filter in the Segment explorer against other segments using the Compare against dropdown:
You can see comparison stats at the bottom of each KPI tile:
See: Overview metrics in the segment explorer
📱Group cohorts by SMS or push subscription status in the segment explorer
We've added two new options to the Group by dropdown in the segment explorer customer cohorts table:
- SMS subscriber status
- Push subscriber status
This means you can analyse the makeup of your segments based on the channels the contacts are opted into, e.g. are your VIPs mostly contactable via email, SMS, or Push,
