We've added more KPIs to our orders reports:
Orders grouped

The average order value (AOV) for customers in this group. See also: Average order value (AOV) |
| Average customer spend | The average customer spend for customers in this group, calculated by dividing the group's grand total by the number of unique customers in the group. |
| Average units per order | The average number of units per order for this group, calculated by dividing the total units sold by the number of valid orders. |
| Average order frequency | The average order frequency for customers in this group, calculated by dividing the number of valid orders by the number of unique customers. |
| Total unit price | The total price of all units sold in orders placed by this group. |
| Average unit price | The average unit price for customers in this group, calculated by dividing the total unit price by the total units sold.ย |

๐ Integrate with Ordergroove
Ordergroove helps businesses build and manage subscription-based ecommerce experiences.
Ometriaโs Ordergroove integration collects customer subscription data from Ordergroove on an hourly basis.
Ordergroove sends active and total subscriptions as well as subscription updates to Ometria.

โ๏ธ Small improvements
- The templates screen has been given a new look, with no current change in functionality.
- The processing time for the Enter contacts at a specific date and time trigger has been shortened from two hours to 30 minutes per 100k contacts.
- Report creators now only receive scheduled reports if they're on the Send export to list for that report.

Improvements to overlays:
- Visitor targeting: You can now choose to target identified, unidentified visitors - or both!
- Contact listing priority: Overlays are now second only to the preference centre in terms of priority, with the same weight as updates via CSV or API.
- Add rounded corners for the overlay itself and the input fields.
- Multi-language campaigns - we've added an Additional notes field to the API translations form
- We've enriched our Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals documentation to include all of the custom events Ometria supports, as well as each event's properties.
๐Bug fixes
We've resolved an issue in the Saved reports screen which was causing all of your reports to display in the Orders tab. Everything's now back where it belongs!
