We've revamped the Subscribers report, where you can now:
- View subscription data across all marketing channels
- See a snapshot of your subscriber base as it looks today
- See how opt-ins and opt-out have evolved over time
- Understand which campaigns are driving the most opt-outs
- Find out why your contacts are opting-out

We've also added a table of opt-out reasons to the Campaign performance screen for individual broadcast campaigns:

📱New SMS template builder
We've updated the workflow for creating SMS content - you can now create and manage templates for your SMS sends from the Templates screen.
Find all of your SMS templates in one place and adapt them across your different campaigns.
New features include:
- Quick buttons for adding emojis and merge tags
- An estimated character count that updates as you type
- Impersonate a contact and see how the SMS will look when they receive it
- Send tests to other users in your Ometria account

📈 Segment on multi-channel engagement
Build segments and report on your multi-channel engagement metrics!
We've added new options in the customer filter for your SMS and Push channel interactions:
- Date of last delivered SMS
- Date of last clicked SMS
- Date of last bounced SMS
- Date of last delivered push notification
- Date of last clicked push notification
- Date of last delivered message
- Date of last clicked message
- Date of last bounced message
- Interacted with SMS in a specific automation campaign
- Interacted with push in a specific automation campaign
- Interacted with a message in a specific automation campaign

✅ Consent history
The Consent tab in the Single customer view now shows an audit log of the contact's SMS and email opt-in changes.
📤 New customisable export type - Email events
Following on from last month's customisable contact export, it's now simple to schedule and customise email event data exports to your S3 bucket.
You can choose:
- the data fields you want to include in your export,
- the format your data is exported in, and;
- how often Ometria exports it for you.
⚙️ Small improvements
- Push order attribution is now based on deliveries and clicks.
- Landline phone numbers are now automatically filtered out of your SMS sends.
