Product affinity segmentation is an Architect AI tool you can use in your broadcast campaigns to predictively identify contact segments with different degrees of affinity for a product attribute e.g. brand, category, fabric, colour.

🛍️ Shopify: Automatic markets personalisation
This feature is only available to Shopify users.
You can choose to include personalised content based on a contact's Shopify Market region (store) in your email templates.
This means you don't need to create separate segments per store; Ometria automatically resolves products and URLs at the time of sending.
This feature applies to:
- Product selectors (price, currency, links, availability*)
- Product recommendation engines (price, currency, links, availability)
- Non-product links

📤 Export data to Google Cloud Platform
Google Cloud (GCP) is now available as an export destination alongside Amazon S3 buckets, Azure and Databricks.

🧾 Integrate with Sitoo
Sitoo is a point of sale (POS) platform.
This integration is only available to Shopify users.
Integrate Ometria with Sitoo to collect the following data:
- A sync of your historic orders from Sitoo
- New orders created in Sitoo (collected via webhook)
- Updates to existing orders from Sitoo (collected via webhook)
You can also connect Sitoo to your Ometria transactional email API, giving you the option to send customers digital receipts from the till.

⚙️Small improvements
- We've added segment comparison percentages to the segment performance metrics in the segment explorer so you can quickly see the difference between the two datasets.
- There's a new search algorithm available for website personalisation, which provides search suggestions in order of most popular matches.
- You can now limit the number of products returned by your merchandising blends using the Max Size field.
- Retailers using our new user permissions can now search users and filter on users with PII access.
- You can now exclude specific IP addresses from the reports in website personalisation so that your own team's data doesn't impact your results.
- Report sharing just got easier - comparison segments now persist in the shared URL.
- New look Contacts tab that features frozen column headers, optimised default columns, and intuitive drag-and-drop column management.
🐛Bugs
- We've fixed a bug that was causing problems with the drag and drop functionality in the asset manager.
