The Orders tab in the Single customer view displays all of the orders this contact has made:
From here you can see:
- The order ID - click the ID to see the Order details screen.
- The store the contact ordered from
- The date the order was placed
- Coupon codes (if used)
- The source of the order (if known)
- A breakdown of the order including subtotals, shipping, tax etc.
Note: This screen shows the parent product, rather than the variant. So if your customer ordered two variants (e.g. a black t-shirt and a white t-shirt), it might look like they ordered the same product twice.
