The current functionality can be found here
You can track the impact of your automation campaigns from the Campaign performance dashboard.
The data in this report is refreshed as soon as it has been received and processed by Ometria.
If you select an individual automation campaign from the list at the bottom of this screen you can view analytics per campaign.
Go to: Campaigns > Campaign performance > select the Automation campaigns tab.
Set a date range
You can set a date range for this report at the top of this screen.
Select any of the pre-configured date ranges from the date picker drop-down, or choose Custom Range to bring up the calendar tool and set your own range:
The second date range is for comparison statistics (the dashed line in the graphs).
You can compare your statistics to:
- The previous 28 days
- The same period of time as last year
- A custom range.
The values on this screen are based on sends that happened during the selected date range, disregarding when the related events (e.g. orders and unsubscribes) happened. Ometria takes the sends within the given timeframe and pulls in the related data.
The data in each of the panels on this screen can be exported to a CSV file by selecting Export.
Choose your campaigns
You can also look at metrics for individual campaigns or groups of campaigns by choosing from the Campaigns drop-down.
Campaigns are grouped based on entry trigger - this is useful if you want to separate scheduled automation campaigns.
Archived campaigns that are included in reports also appear in this list, labelled (Archived), so you can still analyse their historical performance. See: Archiving automation campaigns.
Downloading the data
Select the download icon in the top right of the section to open the Export report dialogue.
You can give the export a name to make it easier to find later. If you leave it blank, Ometria names it for you.
Choose which metrics to export:
- Only pinned metrics exports just the metrics you've pinned in this section, and shows how many that is.
- Customise metrics lets you build your own selection. Open the dropdown to choose from every available metric, use the search box to find one by name, or tick All metrics to export everything. The list also includes campaign details like campaign title, tracking parameter, campaign start date and campaign status, so your export can identify each campaign without cross-referencing.
Choose CSV or XLSX as the format, then select Export. Your file appears in the export centre when it's ready.
