The current functionality can be found here
The Automation campaigns table in the lower half of the automation campaigns performance screen lists all of your individual automation campaigns:
Use the Columns selected drop-down to display as many or as few columns as you like.
For a full list of metrics and definitions, see: Automation campaigns performance KPIs
Organising your columns
Sort the table by whichever column you prefer by clicking the column header.
Select any campaign from this list to monitor individual campaign performance.
Use the Hide campaigns with no activity checkbox to exclude automation campaigns without any KPI data:
Filtering by channel
Use the All channels drop-down to narrow the table to the channels you care about. Unticking a channel hides its metric columns; shared metrics and campaign details always stay visible. This only changes what is displayed; it doesn’t change the numbers.
Campaign channel column
Select the Campaign channel metric to add a column showing which channel(s) each campaign sends to, represented by icons: an envelope for email, a phone for SMS and push. Hover over an icon to see the channel name; multi-channel campaigns show one icon per channel.
Group by
Use the Group by drop-down to switch the table between grouped views:
- Campaigns (default): one row per automation campaign
- Device: performance grouped by the device contacts used (mobile, desktop, etc.).
Note: Email activity only, so SMS, push and other channels aren’t included in this view
- Lifecycle stage: performance grouped by contacts’ lifecycle status (e.g. active, lapsed)
Note: These lifecycle statuses represent the status of each contact when the campaign was sent, not the contact's current or real-time status.
E.g., a 'lead' contact could purchase a product after the campaign was sent and become an 'active' contact, but in the lifecycle breakdown they will still appear as a lead.

Unknown contacts
Unknown lifecycle stages sometimes happen when orders are attributed to a campaign after the order has occurred.
This delayed linking process means we don't have all the necessary information to pick up the customer's lifecycle status at the time they interacted with the campaign.
Each grouped view has its own column list via the Select metrics option. Search, exports and the campaign filter work in every view.
Exporting your campaigns list
Select Export to download the data in your automation campaigns list as a CSV or XLSX file.
Note: You'll need to have the right permissions to export data.
Name your export and select the options that best suit your needs.
You can break down your data by any of the following:
- Time unit (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
- Campaign node level (segment node, split test node, send node)
- Campaign version (either grouped or separate rows)
Note: To make sure you get the most relevant and actionable data in your export, when you choose to group by a campaign node level and/or a campaign version, any segment nodes without KPI data (i.e. with a value of 0) will be excluded from the export.
Finally, choose your format (CSV or XLSX) and click Export.
Comparing cohorts
You can compare two dates in the Campaign breakdown table by selecting a comparison date at the top of the screen:
Above the table you’ll see both of your date ranges as a toggle (e.g. 18 Jun 26 - 15 Jul 26 | 21 May 26 - 17 Jun 26). The highlighted range is the period shown as the main value in each cell, and the other period’s value appears in brackets. Select the other range to swap them, for example to read last period’s numbers at full size.
When reviewing the Campaign breakdown table, you'll see that the cells are colour coded red or green depending on how well they are performing.
Only the highest or lowest values in a column are colour coded.
The colour coding depends on the KPI; e.g. lower click-through rate and higher AOV will be green, while higher click-through rate and lower AOV will be red.
