Create personalised automation campaigns using your Swym events as entry triggers.
Swym is a Shopify and BigCommerce app which sends wish list, back in stock, save for later (SFL) and price drop events to Ometria.
You can use these custom events as entry triggers for your automation campaigns.
Before you begin
To get started with Swym, contact your Customer Success Representative.
You'll also need an account with Swym.
Swym custom events
You can choose to request any of the Swym events below to send data to Ometria:

Setting up your integration with Swym
Open a ticket with Swym to begin integrating with Ometria.
The support team at Swym will work with Ometria's Support team to create the custom events you request.
Ometria's Support team will also add your Swym template blocks to the visual editor in Ometria.
