Active mode

In Active mode flow is live and will trigger emails based on real events on your website, to real contacts. 

When you set a Paused campaign to Active and there are already contacts active in the campaign, you have the option to:

• Resume campaign - contacts will receive emails based on where they were in the flow when the campaign was paused, or; 
• Restart Campaign - any contacts currently in the campaign are removed and all stats are reset.

To set an Active campaign back to Testing you must Pause it first.
