How it works
By default, Ometria attributes an order to push if:
- the order was placed within seven days of the contact clicking on a push notification, or;
- the order was placed within 24 hours of the contact receiving a push notification.
These time windows are default settings, and can be customised - please get in touch with your Customer Success Representative for more information.
Note: If an order could be attributed to multiple channels or campaigns, Ometria uses the latest channel/campaign. E.g. If Jane receives an email on Monday and a push notification on Tuesday, then places an order on Wednesday, her order is attributed to push.
