Segment the contacts in your automation campaigns based on their activity on your mobile app:
You can segment by mobile app activity on either of these entry triggers:
- Made a visit
- Abandoned a basket
Set up an automation campaign with one of the triggers above and create a new segment using Triggering Event as your filter condition:
Depending on your trigger, you can segment contacts who:
- made a visit via your mobile app, or;
- abandoned a basket on your mobile app.
