Set up LoyaltyLion
- Create a new API key in Ometria.
- Log into your LoyaltyLion account and install Ometria, following the guidance here.
- Contact Support and request that the LoyaltyLion fields listed above are created in your account.
- Once you have confirmed that the custom fields have been installed in your account, check that the fields are being correctly populated by sending a test contact via LoyaltyLion and confirming they arrive in Ometria.
- If everything is setup correctly, you should see this message in LoyaltyLion after clicking Configure integration:
