The Flows tab is the second screen you see when monitoring the performance of an individual automation campaign.
In this tab you can track and analyse the different automation flows you've set up over time across different campaign versions.
The Flows tab provides a snapshot of the structure of your campaign and an overview of the performance of each segment, split and email per campaign version:
You can easily monitor changes to your automation flow structures over time, e.g. if you edited your campaign to segment by customer value instead of purchased a product in a category, then you could use the Flows tab to compare the performance of either structure.
Select a campaign version to analyse from the dropdown in the top right of the screen:
Mouse-over a node in the flow to view the performance statistics:
They report on the performance of an email since the campaign started sending, and are not dependent on a time frame like the campaign metrics.

Number of pass throughs |
Contacts that have already entered the campaign and have been through a segment node and any activities after that. These won't include any contacts that were exited from the flow without an action. |
Sent |
Total number of emails sent to contacts. |
Delivered |
Total number of emails delivered to contacts. |
Emails opened |
Total number of emails opened, including those pre-opened by the contact's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Emails opened (human) |
Total number of emails opened, excluding those pre-opened by the contact's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Clicked |
Total number of emails clicked. |
Number of orders |
Total number of orders attributed to this email. |
Revenue |
Total revenue attributed to this email. |
Revenue per message |
Average revenue per message (email, SMS or Push). |
Conversion rate |
The percentage of clicked messages that resulted in an order. |
Email click to open rate |
Proportion of opened emails that were clicked at least once, including those pre-opened by the contact's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |
Email click to open rate (human) |
Proportion of opened emails that were clicked at least once, excluding those pre-opened by the contact's email provider. See also: Human opens vs. pre-opened emails |

Coupons assigned |
The total number of coupon codes assigned to contacts in this campaign.
Note: This includes coupons that were sent as reminders, i.e. already assigned before the campaign was sent. This is to avoid underrepresenting the coupon redemption rate for each campaign.

Coupons redeemed |
The total number of coupon codes redeemed by contacts in this campaign.

Redemption rate |
The percentage of contacts who redeemed a coupon code from this campaign. This is calculated by dividing the number of coupons redeemed by the total number of coupons assigned and multiplying that by 100.

To edit an existing campaign flow or create a new version based on an existing flow, select the Edit campaign button in the top right of the screen.
