AWS S3 bucket export
Exporting your Ometria data to your AWS S3 bucket previously required a support request, and you could only export email event data and website interaction data.
We are always looking to offer you more flexibility and allow you to access your data more efficiently, saving time and effort.
You can create up to three data export connections in Ometria which allow you to export the following information from Ometria into your AWS S3 bucket:
- Contact records
- Email events
- Website interaction events
Once you’ve created your connection, Ometria will send the data to your S3 bucket every 24 hours between 1:00am and 5:00am (UTC).
Note: Ometria does not pass unsubscribe data into the S3 bucket.

To configure this change, log into your Magento account and change the field Include Data Layer on Checkout to 'No':
Real time stock updates
This release allows Ometria to receive `out of stock` flags on products sent from Magento in real time (via webhook). This means that your campaigns will always include products that are currently in stock.
To set up your out of stock webhooks, log into your Magento account and update the following fields:
