Create custom fields
Why?
Custom fields in Ometria are properties unique to your account. These can be anything from a customer’s loyalty points to their brand preferences.
You can then use these fields to segment your contacts, generate reports and in your merge tags for personalised emails.
Creating custom fields used to require a support request. We're always looking to offer you more flexibility and allow you to access your data more efficiently, saving time and effort.
What's new?
Create your own custom fields in Ometria quickly and easily by going to Settings > Custom fields:
You can create up to 100 custom fields per custom field type, per category, e.g. 100 string and 100 integer fields for contacts, plus 100 string and 100 integer fields for orders, etc.
Once you have created a field, you won't be able to delete it, only archive it.
