Filter by campaign in automation campaign performance
Why?
Previously there has been no way to filter the KPIs and metrics in Automation campaign performance by individual campaign.
What’s new?
We’ve added a campaigns filter at the top of the screen so you can choose to look at metrics for individual campaigns or groups of campaigns:
Additionally, the header in the Automation campaigns table in the lower half of the screen now stays in place when you scroll down to view more rows:
Single customer view improvements

What’s new?
We've done some tidying up and added some new functionality to the Single customer view, so it's easier and clearer than ever to understand your customers:
Go to Customer > Segment explorer > select the Contacts tab:
Search for/select any contact from the list to view their contact details.
Cross-channel marketability
This panel shows which channels your contact is opted-in to, as well as whether they are part of a segment synced with Google Ads or Facebook.

Dynamic segments
In the bottom panel, you can see which dynamic and static segments this contact belongs to:
Select any segment to open it in the segment explorer.
You can quickly remove the contact from static segments from this panel by clicking the X.
Customer lifecycle insights
The Customer lifecycle insights panels present a quick visual of this contact’s interactions with your brand so far:

Attribute affinity
The Attribute affinity graph has a new look, and shows the contact’s orders based on the attributes of the products they have purchased.
