You can check your sent vs. delivered push notifications in Campaign performance: Automation campaigns by filtering on the KPI columns:
- Push sent
- Push delivered
You might notice a difference between your numbers for sent and your numbers for delivered.
There are several reasons this can happen:
Contact opted-out without opening the app or receiving a push notification
Ometria can't track when a contact opts-out until they open the app on their device or receive a push notification.
Contact disabled notifications on iOS without opening the app
Some iOS users have privacy settings on their devices which prevent Ometria from receiving their opt-out information, so Ometria sends push campaigns to devices which have disabled notifications.
Ometria checks the notification status for iOS whenever a contact opens their app, which can cause delays between sending and receiving confirmation of delivery.

Dismissed notifications in iOS
If an iOS user receives a notification but dismisses it (e.g. by swiping it away) before opening the app, Ometria won't receive confirmation of delivery until the contact next opens the app.
Missing token
If a contact manually clears their app's storage the push token can get lost or invalidated, which means that Ometria would attempt to send the notification, but delivery would fail.
