Okendo is a marketing platform that allows you to send review requests, surveys and quizzes to your customers.
You can set up automation campaigns in Ometria that trigger review request emails to customers who purchase specific products.
Shopify Flow users can also send follow up emails once a review has been submitted.
Please get in touch with your Customer Success Representative to get started integrating with Okendo.

Request review
Once your Okendo integration has been set up for you, you can create a campaign to request reviews from your customers.
Create an automation campaign in Ometria with the following criteria:
Entry trigger | Placed an order |
Entry wait | No wait set. |
Segmentation | Create a segment per product and a 'catch up' segment including all contacts in case an order doesn't include any of the other products. |
Wait nodes |
Set a different wait for each product. For the catch up segment, either send the review immediately or after a shorter wait. |
After each wait period Ometria collects all of the products in the order and displays them in the review email template.
Review follow up
Your contact has submitted a review to Okendo, you can create follow up campaigns based on the review score.
We recommend creating two dynamic segments to drive these campaigns.
Segment: Okendo Review - Less than 3
Customers who have submitted a review between 3-5:
- Review Date - in the last - 1 days
AND
- Review Rating - less than 3
Segment: Okendo Review - Greater or Equal to 3
Customers who have submitted a review below 3:
- Review Date - in the last - 1 days
AND
- Review Rating - greater than or equal to 3
Automation campaigns
Set up two separate automation campaigns using segment membership as a trigger for each.
