In the Edit Campaign Settings pop-up you can define some of your key email settings for your automation campaign, including the From email address and name.
You can also add your tracking parameters (UTM parameters) and set Mutual exclusivity (i.e. excluding contacts already active in other automation campaign flows), if you like.

Mutual exclusivity
Ensure that contacts active in other automation campaigns are excluded from this one.
Select as many as you require from your live campaigns.
Contacts are considered 'active' in an automation campaign after they have passed through the entry wait node and reach the first segment condition.
So if a contact meets the conditions to enter an automation campaign which has a two hour entry wait, they will not be considered 'active' until those two hours are finished and they will not be excluded from receiving this campaign.
To ensure that contacts active in an automation campaign are excluded from this one, we recommend using a wait node after the segment condition to delay sending, rather than using an entry wait.
See Mutual exclusivity for more information.

Filter out of stock/inactive products
If you check these flags, emails won’t send to contacts who interacted with products that are either out of stock or inactive, regardless of whether there are product blocks in your email template.
Ometria checks for out of stock/inactive products in the triggering event once the customer reaches the Send email node in the campaign flow.
This way your customers will only see the most relevant products which are available for them to purchase.
Ometria checks for out of stock/inactive products in the triggering event once the customer reaches the Send email node in the campaign flow.
We recommend that you use these filters for the following campaign types:
- Abandoned basket
- Price drop
- Abandoned browse
Abandoned basket campaigns:
- If all products in the contact’s basket are out of stock/inactive, no email is sent.
- If some products in the contact’s basket are out of stock/inactive and others are in stock, an email is sent which includes the out of stock products, regardless of the setting.
Contact has placed an order:
- If all products in the order are out of stock/inactive, no email is sent.
- If some products in the order are out of stock/inactive and others are in stock, an email is sent.
All other triggers:
- If all products from the entry event are out of stock/inactive, no email is sent.
- If some products the contact browsed are out of stock and others are in stock, an email is sent which excludes the out of stock products.
Enter contacts ignoring email optin
By default, only contacts who are subscribed to receive email marketing from you can enter automation campaigns, regardless of whether there are Send email nodes in your campaign flow.
You can check this box to ignore a contact's email opt-in status and enter all contacts based on the conditions of the entry trigger alone.
Be aware that contacts who have opted-out of receiving email from you will not receive emails even if they enter the campaign - if they reach a Send email node they will simply drop out of the flow.
See Ignore email opt-in for automation campaigns for more information and use cases.
