Current functionality can be found here
From the Campaign performance dashboard, you can track the impact of your broadcast campaigns.
The data in this report is refreshed as soon as it has been received and processed by Ometria.
If you select an individual broadcast campaign from the list at the bottom of this screen, you can view analytics per campaign.
Go to: Campaigns > Campaign performance > select the Broadcast campaigns tab.
You can set your date ranges for reporting at the top of this screen.
Select any of the pre-configured date ranges from the date picker drop-down, or choose Custom Range to bring up the calendar tool and set your own range.
Note: The date range you select determines the date the campaign was sent. Events in the campaigns funnel (opened, clicked, etc.) may have occurred outside of that range.
Choose your campaigns
Use Filter by campaigns to narrow every section on this tab to specific broadcasts. The list is searchable by campaign name, and sortable by Name or Sent date.
Each entry shows its state after the title: "(Sent [date], [n] contacts)", "(Campaign cancelled during send)", "(Paused campaign)" or "(Future campaign)". Leaving everything unselected means all campaigns are included.
Note: broadcast campaigns cannot be archived, so there is no "(Archived)" label in this list.
Performance overview
The performance overview sits at the top of the tab and shows up to six pinned KPI cards. Each card displays the metric total for your selected date range, plus a percentage change relative to the comparison period. Hover over a card to see a small trend graph.
Select metrics to open the metric drawer. The drawer shows an "N of 6 selected" counter and a Deselect all option. Pick the KPIs most relevant to your broadcast programme, then select Apply.
Note: values throughout this tab are based on campaigns that started sending during your selected date range. Related events, e.g., orders and unsubscribes, are included even if they occurred after the range ended.
