The current functionality is here
This broadcast campaigns performance table lists all of your sent broadcast campaigns.
The values in this table are based on sends that happened during the selected date range, disregarding when the related events (e.g. orders and unsubscribes) happened. Ometria takes the sends within the given timeframe and pulls in the related data.
Use the Columns selected drop-down to display as many or as few columns as you like.
For a full list of metrics and definitions, see: Automation campaigns performance KPIs
Organising your columns
Sort the table by whichever column you prefer by clicking the column header.
Select any campaign from this list to monitor individual campaign performance.
You also have the option to view the associated variants for each campaign - just select ‘Yes' from the Show Variants drop-down.
Group by
Use the Group by drop-down to switch the table between grouped views:
- Campaigns (default): one row per broadcast campaign
-
Device: performance grouped by the device contacts used;
- Mobile
- Desktop
- Tablet
- Unknown - The user's browser or security settings meant Ometria couldn't track the device used.
Note: Clicks are unique per device, which means that if a contact clicks an email on their mobile, desktop and their tablet, these will count as three different clicks - one per device.
- Lifecycle stage: performance grouped by contacts’ lifecycle status (e.g. active, lapsed)
Note: These lifecycle statuses represent the status of each contact when the campaign was sent, not the contact's current or real-time status.
E.g., a 'lead' contact could purchase a product after the campaign was sent and become an 'active' contact, but in the lifecycle breakdown they will still appear as a lead.
See also: Lifecycle stages in Ometria
Unknown contacts
Unknown lifecycle stages sometimes happen when orders are attributed to a campaign after the order has occurred.
This delayed linking process means we don't have all the necessary information to pick up the customer's lifecycle status at the time they interacted with the campaign.
Each grouped view has its own column list via the Select metrics option. Search, exports and the campaign filter work in every view.
Exporting your campaigns list
Select Export to download the data in your automation campaigns list as a CSV or XLSX file.
Note: You'll need to have the right permissions to export data.
Name your export and select the options that best suit your needs.
- Only selected metrics
- All metrics
Finally, choose your format (CSV or XLSX) and click Export.
Comparing cohorts
You can compare two dates in the Campaign breakdown table by selecting a comparison date at the top of the screen:
Above the table you’ll see both of your date ranges as a toggle (e.g. 18 Jun 26 - 15 Jul 26 | 21 May 26 - 17 Jun 26). The highlighted range is the period shown as the main value in each cell, and the other period’s value appears in brackets. Select the other range to swap them, for example to read last period’s numbers at full size.
When reviewing the Campaign breakdown table, you'll see that the cells are colour coded red or green depending on how well they are performing.
Only the highest or lowest values in a column are colour coded.
The colour coding depends on the KPI; e.g. lower click-through rate and higher AOV will be green, while higher click-through rate and lower AOV will be red.
Select the KPIs you'd like to report on from the Columns Selected drop-down:

|
| Coupon pool |
The name of the coupon pool Ometria is using to get these metrics. Also the name of the pool used in your campaign or variant.
Note: This column only displays if you've selected 'Yes' from the Show Variants dropdown. It doesn't display at all when looking at the campaign without variants, e.g. in the contact analytics screen.
|
| Coupons assigned |
The total number of coupon codes assigned to contacts in this campaign.
Note: This includes coupons that were sent as reminders, i.e. already assigned before the campaign was sent. This is to avoid underrepresenting the coupon redemption rate for each campaign.
|
| Coupons redeemed | The total number of coupon codes redeemed by contacts in this campaign. |
| Redemption rate |
The percentage of contacts who redeemed a coupon code from this campaign. This is calculated by dividing the number of coupons redeemed by the total number of coupons assigned and multiplying that by 100. |
| Total coupon revenue |
The total revenue attributed to coupon codes used in this campaign. This is based on orders attributed to the campaign. See also: Order attribution in Ometria E.g. If you use the WELCOME10 coupon pool as a reminder in your "Easter sale" campaign, you'll see the revenue associated with that pool for the "Easter sale" campaign, not the total revenue for that pool across all campaigns. |
