What's new?
This integration creates contacts in the Ometria platform whenever a Facebook lead is created, improving the quality of your data in Ometria.
This means you can create automation campaigns which react to Facebook lead generation.
To get started with Facebook leads, you'll need a Facebook business account.

Yotpo loyalty & referrals
Why?
We want to make sure you have all the information you need about your contacts so that you can personalise your campaigns and uncover new insights to inform your marketing strategy.
What's new?
Ometria’s integration with Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals means that your Yotpo loyalty and referrals data can be stored against your Ometria contact’s records.
The integration works by automatically importing the live contact data into Ometria.

API key screen refresh
Why?
We want to make it easier for you to identify your API keys and protect your information so that you can smoothly integrate Ometria with third party platforms.
What's new?
We've refreshed and added functionality to the API keys screen in Ometria, allowing you to name your API keys.
The keys are also hidden unless you explicitly choose to show them, improving the security of this screen:

Status page and live chat now available
Why?
We want to make sure you have access to the information and the support you need to make sure you can get the most out of Ometria.
What's new?
We're launching two new support tools - the Ometria status page and in-app Live chat.
Status page
You can now check the live status of Ometria's core systems - including messaging, the JavaScript tracker and our APIs on one handy page:
You can also see the latest information about any ongoing issues and subscribe to receive emails when an incident is created, updated or resolved.
If any incidents or performance issues occur, the status page will be regularly updated by our support team.

Live chat
Live chat is a powerful and efficient way to contact a member of the support team at Ometria to obtain support in-app for issues, in real-time.
To initiate a chat, click on the Support icon in the Ometria app, select Get in touch > Live chat:
