Partially refunded order status for Shopify
Why?
We're committed to improving the quality of our integrations and want to make sure you can report accurately on all available order statuses.
What’s new?
Shopify users can now report on 'partially_refunded' orders in Ometria, using this data to trigger post-purchase campaigns and build new segmentation.
Additionally, your totals are adjusted to reflect the new order information at the individual order level as well as at the aggregated level in the orders and products reports.
The filter is available to use in the customer filter in segment explorer as well as the orders, products, cohort, and email interaction cohort reports.
Ometria will begin ingesting these statuses from 20th July 2022 without any action required from you.
Any new orders with the status 'partially_refunded' will be ingested with the correct status and totals.
Your historical data will remain the same.
Suppressed contacts flag in the single customer view
Why?
We want to make sure you have as much information about your contacts as possible so that you can better understand your campaign performance.
What's changed?
We've added a Suppressed flag to the contact details screen for any contacts in your database who are on suppression lists:
Suppressed contacts are excluded from receiving emails in your campaigns.
This flag displays for a contact if their email address or the domain of their email address is on Ometria's global suppression list or your account suppression list.
