In Ometria you can create any of the following report types:
- Cohort report: Analyse your contacts acquired by month and customer behaviour over time.
- Email interaction report: Gain insight into how subscribers are interacting and engaging with your campaigns.
- Products report: Analyse your sold products based on the date range and filters you select.
- Orders report: Analyse orders placed by your customers, grouped by specific metrics or as orders by customer.
How reports work in Ometria
Once you've created a report you can save it and either:
- Select Run the next time you want to refresh the data, or;
- Schedule the report to run automatically on a regular basis.
You can also send reports via email to other Ometria users in your organisation.
You can have 50 saved reports and 20 scheduled reports in Ometria.

Create a new report
Go to Reports > Create report:
Select the type of report you want to create:
Next, you can either choose a reporting blueprint, or customise your own filters depending on the data you want to generate.
Customise your filters
If you don't want to use a blueprint, you can customise your filters from scratch:
Edit filters
Field | Description |
Select date range | Choose a date range for your report data using the date picker. |
Select segment (optional) |
Optional. Choose a segment to report on. If you don't choose a segment the report returns data on all of your contacts. |
Add additional filters (optional) |
Optional. Select + Customer to filter your contacts further. See also: Customer filter If you've selected the orders report you can also filter based on orders. If you've selected the products report you can filter based on contacts, orders and products. |
Customise display
Decide how you want to group your data.
These options differ depending on the type of report you selected:

When you're ready select Run report:
Loading your report
Sometimes a report can take a little while to generate.
If this happens a pop-up displays and you can click Notify me to get an email once the report is ready to view.
Once your report has been generated, you can make further edits to the filters and then Save or Schedule.
