Paste the HTML code then click SAVE & PUBLISH.
Repeat for all of your broadcast templates and then for your automation and transactional HTML templates.
Add your image assets
Upload your images and logos to the Asset manager in your new Ometria account.
Build your templates
Once you've transferred your master templates and uploaded your assets, you can start building your templates in your new account.
Transfer your segments
Transfer static segments and segments based on email engagement or browsing history
In your old account, follow the steps for How to export segments.
Update the exported file in line with our guide for CSV upload and then import it into your new account.
Transfer dynamic segments (not based on email engagement or browsing behaviour)
To do this you'll need to recreate the segments manually in your new account using the Customer filter in Segment explorer.
Deliverability tips
To make sure you're in a strong position for your campaigns, we recommend that you create the following segments in your new account:
- 0-3 months engaged (opens and clicks)
- 3-6 months engaged (opens and clicks)
- 6-9 months engaged (opens and clicks)
- 9-12 months engaged (opens and clicks)
By using these segments you can generally continue to remove unengaged contacts as you send from your new account.
Set up your coupon pools
You'll need to duplicate the set up of your coupon pools in your old account into your new account.
See: Coupon codes
Setting up your synced segments
First disable the syncs in your old account.

Replicate your campaigns
You'll need to duplicate the setup of your automation campaigns in your old account, into your new account.
We recommend using two screens with an account on each, and copying the set up accordingly.
You'll need to transfer your templates, segments, coupon pools and syncs into your new account before you can start building automation campaigns.
Check your email settings
In your new account, go to Settings > Email settings and check the following:
- From name
- From email address
