🔥Introducing heatmaps!
Why?
You asked us for a visual way to quickly understand where your contacts are clicking on your emails.
What's new?
You can now find heatmaps for your email campaigns in your campaign performance reports.
Heatmaps are graphical representations of your email templates that show the most clicked areas and links:
Switch between First clicks and Total clicks to see different views.
You can also choose to see clicks for different devices, and if you're sending multi-language campaigns from Ometria, you can access a heatmap for each language.
Go to: Campaign performance > Select Automation or Broadcast > scroll down to the Campaigns list and select a campaign.
See: Heatmaps

✨ Improved link click report
Why?
Ometria's Link click report allows you to monitor the performance of elements of your email templates.
Feedback from you has told us that this report wasn't as useful as it could have been,Â
What's new?
As well as a new look, we've added filters so that you can take a closer look at specific automation nodes or broadcast variants, as well as grouping the data by block.
See: Link click report
We've also included some key KPIs at the top of the report, so you can see how your campaigns are doing at a glance.
Here's Product Manager Beatriz to tell us more:
🧹Archived segments cleanup
In order to guarantee the quality of your data and to optimise Ometria's performance, we'll be conducting a cleanup of all static segments archived 6+ months ago.
This means those segments will be permanently deleted.
We've scheduled the cleanup to begin on Friday 1st March 2024.
This only affects archived static segments, so if you have any segments you don't want deleted, please unarchive them as soon as possible:
Please contact your Customer Success Representative with any questions.
Improvements
Here are some improvements we've made to your experience over February:
- Our Google Ads sync has been updated in line with Google's consent policy (coming 6th March 2024)
- Domain level suppression - we're rolling out a series of updates which allow us to suppress certain email domains in Ometria, improving deliverability. Watch this space!
- We've made some changes to our integration with Attentive which separate the syncs for segments and SMS subscription
- We've added an option to the product selector which allows you to Show variants in your search results
- Search for multiple products in the template product selector by separating search terms with a common (e.g. skirt, trousers)
- We've added an
updateSince
field to our API's List Contacts endpoint which Only returns contacts that have been updated since your set date - The error shown when there's an invalid template preventing you from downloading the translation file for your multi-language campaigns now includes the template line which is causing the error
