๐Tracking parameters for SMS
Add tracking parameters (UTMs) to your SMS sends at both campaign and account level - just like your email sends!
You don't need to add tracking parameters to your SMS URLs any more - just add them in campaign settings or account settings and Ometria automatically appends them.

Push
๐๏ธ Coupons for push notifications
Include coupon pools in your Push notifications just like you can in emails and SMS:
This new feature works in the same way as coupons for your email campaigns.

Be aware: Adding a coupon pool to your push messages automatically assigns a coupon to each contact who receives a notification. It's up to you and your app development team to decide what your app does with the coupon, e.g. have the coupon auto-fill at checkout, or link the SMS to a landing page displaying the coupon.ย

๐ค Guest messaging for push notifications
You can now message guest contacts from your mobile app via push notifications.
Guests are app users who aren't logged in - i.e. we can't identify them based on customer ID or email address.
Ometria now creates contact records for app guests so that you can:
- Build segments including app guests
- Message app guests via push notifications
If an app guest logs into your app, Ometria merges their guest record with any potential duplicates on a nightly basis.

Bazaarvoice is a user generated content (UCG) platform that allows retailers to collect and display product ratings and reviews, questions and answers, sampling, visual and social content, insights, social commerce and social publishing.
When you integrate Ometria with Bazaarvoice you can create automation campaigns in Ometria that generate review links which you can send to your customers.ย

- We've updated our Gorgias integration, allowing you to exclude specific Gorgias ticket sources from your Ometria data.
- Our integration with Mention Me now collects a lot more data!
- Overview page - Marketing performance instead of email performance
- Mobile push events (customer, order and product data) are now associated with their respective stores, rather than the 'default' store.
- Ometria can now detect when an app user uninstalls their app or opts-out of push notifications. Upgrade your app to start seeing this change. Be aware that upgrading your app also has implications for the way your products are associated with stores. See: Updating store data for your mobile app
