๐ฑSMS KPIs in campaign performance
You can now quickly filter between channels in the Automation campaign performance reports:
We've also added some brand new SMS KPIs for those using Ometria SMS:
KPI | Description |
SMS sent | The number of SMS sent. |
Test SMS sent | The number of test SMS sent. |
SMS delivered | The number of SMS delivered not including bounces. |
SMS clicked | The number of SMS that have been clicked at least once (i.e. unique clicks). |
SMS click through rate | The percentage of SMS that have been clicked at least once. |
SMS bounced | The number of SMS bounces. |
SMS bounce rate | The percentage of sent SMS that bounced.ย |
SMS unsubscribes | The number of contacts who unsubscribed from SMS after receiving a campaign. |
SMS orders | The number of orders attributed to SMS. |
SMS revenue | Revenue from valid orders attributed to SMS. |
SMS delivery rate | The percentage of sent SMS that were delivered to the recipient. |
SMS order to click rate | The percentage of SMS that were clicked at least once and led to an order being placed. |
SMS conversion rate | The percentage of delivered SMS that led to an order being placed. |
SMS unsubscribe rate | The percentage of contacts that unsubscribed after receiving an SMS. |
Revenue per SMS | The average revenue per SMS delivered. |
SMS average order value | The average value of an order attributed to SMS. |

๐ Custom field date validation
From 31st October 2024 Ometria will be validating dates sent via a custom date field.
The date custom field type is also being upgraded to a DateTime type, which means they can now include times and timezones.
Dates using the datetime field must be sent in ISO 8601 DateTime format with timezone offset YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+Z.

โ๏ธ Improvements
- You can now preview the broadcast emails a contact has received in the Marketing tab of the single customer view. The preview link for broadcast expires after 14 days.
๐ Bug fixes
- We've fixed a bug that was causing product variants to vanish from the automation campaign trigger.
- We corrected an issue that was sending the same timestamp for "campaign updated" and "campaign created" in the broadcast campaigns landing page.
- We've fixed a bug that was preventing some users from editing their enter contacts at a specific date and time trigger.
